Typified Dry Coolers and Condensers

The dry cooler and condenser technical solutions are always custom created based on specific customer needs, and they comply with required parameters, local conditions, water quality, and other specific conditions at the installation site.

The major advantages of these cooling devices is fast transport, easy installation, and short delivery periods, as well as low noise emissions and low consumption of water. We offer a wide product line (horizontal, vertical, V-type, W-type) and easy compatibility.

Components:

  • tube bundles, lamellas
  • fans
  • sheathing
  • structure for fixing the components mentioned above
  • control unit

During the “dry cooling process”, the medium (water or glycol) flows through the tube bundles and is cooled with flowing air, brought by fans configured in a manner providing for uniform air flow. This system does not require any extensive automation.

Industrial application:

  • energy industries
  • petrochemical industry
  • chemical industry
  • engineering industry and metallurgy
  • plastic and rubber industry
  • paper industry
  • manufacturing industry (food-processing, sugar refineries)
  • HVAC (public, office buildings, etc.)

Benefits of dry cooling:

  • low consumption of water (suitable in cases where water is critical or costly)
  • low environmental burden (no chemicals are used for water treatment, there is only a minimum risk of technical substances leakage into underground/ surface water)
  • low maintenance costs
  • fast transport, fast and easy installation
  • operational flexibility, low maintenance costs
